Event Recorder

In a few people, cardiac arrhythmias occur very rarely so that they cannot be recorded and analysed by means of a normal long-term ECG.

For such situations, a small device was developed that is implanted under the skin at the level of the heart and can record heart action for up to two years. Even rare rhythm events can thus be detected. This device cannot emit electric pulses.
