Grosshadern's Besucherstraße features cafes and shops, including a grocery shop, a newspaper stand and a hairdresser. It also sports a bank, a mailbox and a stamp vending machine.

An Internet corner has been set up at the end of Besucherstraße, directly above the main entrance. Against a fee, patients can access the web.

Relaxing parks are located around the entire clinical centre. The patient garden can be accessed directly from Besucherstraße. The exit to the garden is on level 0/GH and is open until 8 pm.
