Social support

Should you have any questions regarding social support services, a specially trained and informed team is happy to help you at the Clinical Centre in Grosshadern. Our qualified social workers will help orient yourself in this large area, which is frequently unmanageable. Feel free to contact the social support team if you need:

• Information on benefits in accordance with social legislation (sickness benefit, pension, long-term care insurance, pass for severely disabled persons, etc.)

• Information on assistance during the term of hospitalisation

• Information and organisation of medical/professional rehabilitation

• Information and organisation of e.g. domiciliary care, aids, "Meals on wheels" for the period following hospitalisation

• Information on and support in managing the illness and referrals to support groups and other psychosocial services

You can contact our social support staff at any time. However, if you need to be referred to a medical rehabilitation facility, this must be initiated by a physician.

The offices of our social support staff are located in Patientstraße, Level 0, between blocks HI and IK.
